I have been reading alot online about homeowners facing repossession and the options that I would have if I was facing repossession or in financial difficulty.
One of the options that looks most promising is to sell and rent back my house. Out of all the websites visited I realised that the companies will not charge me any fees and would take care of alot of the boring paperwork for me. That is great as paperwork is probably what got me into this mess in the first place.
I could get on with my life and not worry about financial stresses anymore with a scheme like this.
House Reposession can be a frightening prospect not to mention the stress it would bring and the shame . Visiting a company that allows an individual to sell their home and remain in it by renting it back can be one way of avoiding all this. A good rent and buy back firm will even recommend a solicitor and will pay the costs.
This is of course a relief for those who are struggling financially and means there will be no increased burden by having to pay out cash you cannot afford. I am very glad that I am not really in this dilemma.
